Blue Ridge ESOP Associates, an administration and recordkeeping firm, completed the acquisition of the ESOP business of Crowe, a public accounting, consulting and technology firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're excited to integrate Crowe's ESOP business and people with Blue Ridge.
