KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens, a Sweden-based provider of technical installation and services, completed the acquisition of LH Vent Teknik, a a Sweden-based provider of ventilation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The family company LH Vent Teknik was founded in 1991 and specializes in innovative and energy-efficient ventilation projects in Gothenburg and surrounding areas.
