Zech Group to acquire Neuefeind.

Zech Group, a holding of a widely diversified group of companies which specialises in property development, planning, construction and management, agreed to acquire Neuefeind, a provider of technology services encompassing all aspects of the flexographic packaging process. Financial terms were not disclosed.
