Adams Resources & Energy-backed GulfMark Energy comlpeted the acquisition of Firebird Bulk Carriers and Phoenix Oil for $33m.

Adams Resources & Energy-backed GulfMark Energy, a service transport company, completed the acquisition of Firebird Bulk Carriers, a provider of trucking and transportation services for the petroleum industry, and Phoenix Oil, a service company specialized in crude oil and industrial fuels, for $33m.
