S&P Global, a financial information and analytics provider, completed the investment in Handshakes, a Singapore-based DataTech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Handshakes is a data analytics and AI technology solution that employs proprietary data and AI techniques to transform how organizations conduct business, due diligence and compliance activities.
