Avista Capital-backed Probo Medical to acquire Mi Healthcare.

Avista Capital-backed Probo Medical, a global provider of medical imaging equipment, parts, repair, and service, agreed to acquire Mi Healthcare, a United Kingdom-based provider of medical imaging equipment and services.
