Diversified Maintenance to acquire Millers Cleaning Services.

Diversified Maintenance, a janitorial and cleaning services provider, agreed to acquire Millers Cleaning Services, a commercial cleaning and janitorial company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are happy to welcome Millers to the Diversified Maintenance family.
