Thompson Street-backed RMS completed the acquisition of OrboGraph from KLA.

Thompson Street-backed Revenue Management Solutions, a developer of revenue cycle management software, completed the acquisition of OrboGraph, a provider of automated healthcare payments reconciliation services, from KLA, a provider of equipment and services that enable innovation throughout the electronics industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition brings together two great assets in RMS and OrboGraph. I look forward to working with RMS to integrate the healthcare services of the businesses and to continue to lead and focus on the growth of our check business as a stand-alone division within RMS,” Barry Cohen, OrboGraph CEO.
