Dettmer Group, a recycling company completed the acquisition of Purus Plastics, a recycler and converter, from BayBG. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy to have found a solution with a medium-sized company,” Thomas Manzei, Purus Plastics former shareholder.
