Francisco Partners completed the acquisition of Litmos from SAP.

Francisco Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Litmos, a developer of saas-based learning management platform from SAP, a firm that develops, markets and sells enterprise application software products for corporations, government agencies and educational institutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to partner with Litmos and support its re-emergence as an independent company.
