Citycare Property completed the acquisition of Spencer Henshaw.

Citycare Property, a values-driven organization that builds, operates, maintains and renews the social infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Spencer Henshaw, a privately owned, independent property maintenance business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This purchase enables us to grow our market share in the social housing sector which is a core component of our Towards 2030 Strategy.
