Zech Group to acquire Bolwin & Heemann Systemtechnik.

Zech Group, a holding of a widely diversified group of companies which specialises in property development, planning, construction and management, agreed to acquire Bolwin & Heemann Systemtechnik, a general contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
