Levine Leichtman-backed Blue Ridge ESOP, an ESOP administration and ESOP recordkeeping services provider, completed the acquisition of the tax benefits plan services business of Crowe, a public accounting, consulting and technology firm. Financial terms were not dislcosed. “We are excited to bring together Crowe’s BPS business and people with Blue Ridge.
