Parcom Capital to invest in Wajer Yachts.

Parcom Capital, an investment company, agreed to invest in Wajer Yachts, a Dutch builder of luxury open day boats. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our company has experienced substantial growth over the last few years and we have ambitious plans to expand Wajer and internationalize even further. With Parcom as our partner, we have the l power and additional expertise to realize our dreams," Dries Wajer, Wajer Yachts Managing Director.
