Noon completed the acquisition of Namshi from Emaar for $335m.

Noon, an e-commerce company, completed the acquisition of Namshi, a fashion e-commerce platform, from Emaar, a real estate developer, for $335m. “The price shall be a cash consideration of $335m. The above cash consideration is the equity value of Namshi, which is equivalent to $350m of the company’s enterprise value. This is adjusted for debt at the company level and normalised working capital required,” Emaar.
