Delen Private Bank, a Belgian bank that specialises in wealth management, agreed to acquire Groenstate Vermogensbeheer, an asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The takeover is in the interest of our customers. They will benefit from Delen's digital advancement and gain access to, for example, the mobile app and Delen Family Services; an innovative tool to easily gain insight into the entire wealth. In addition, they can call on valuable expertise in the field of financial and estate planning," Erno Franke, Groenstate CEO.
