Sterling-backed Anser Advisory completed the merger with LaFata Contract Services.

Sterling-backed Anser Advisory, a provider of capital program advisory and consulting services, completed the merger with LaFata Contract Services, a provider of project management, engineering and construction management services. IMB Partners exited its investment in LCS. Financial terms were not disclosed.
