Rcapital to acquire Trac Precision Machining from Sequa.

Rcapital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Trac Precision Machining, an aerospace company, from Sequa, an aerospace and aeroderivative aftermarket company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
