BTG Pactual, a financial company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Legent Health, a provider of surgical services, for $165m. “We are excited to partner with Jordan Fowler, Andy Johnston (President and COO) and the rest of the incredible management team and physician partners at PSN.
