Avista Capital Partners completed the acquisition of WellSpring Consumer Healthcare from Audax Private Equity.

Avista Capital Partners, an American private equity, completed the acquisition of WellSpring Consumer Healthcare, a marketer of over-the-counter brands primarily in the skin care and gastrointestinal care categories, from Audax Private Equity, an alternative investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’ve enjoyed a terrific partnership with the WellSpring team and are very proud of the growth the Company has achieved.
