Campari to acquire a 15% stake in Howler Head Kentucky bourbon brand from Catalyst Spirits for $15m.

Campari, an alcoholic liqueur, agreed to acquire a 15% stake in Howler Head Kentucky bourbon, a whiskey brand, from Catalyst Spirits, a group of beverage brands, for $15m. “With bourbon whiskey serving as one of our global priority brand pillars, Howler Head is an ideal fit for our portfolio.
