EMK Capital-backed Broad Horizon to acquire Iquality.

EMK Capital-backed Broad Horizon, an IT service management company, agreed to acquire Iquality, a specialist in the design, development, and management of customized cloud applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to welcome the Iquality team to the Broad Horizon Group.
