Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational industrial company, agreed to acquire Montana Instruments Corporation, a scientific equipment supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition will allow us to further extend our existing presence in the cryogenic markets and with our R&D customers.
