Epiroc to acquire AARD Mining Equipment.

Epiroc, a provider of innovative and safe equipment, agreed to acquire AARD Mining Equipment, a mining equipment manufacturer. Financial terms are not disclosed. “AARD has reputable and reliable products that complement our underground product portfolio well.
