Intakt Bilskade, an operator of an independent used car dealership, completed the acquisition of Bertel O. Steen Detalj, a service and trading company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There are many pieces that have to fall into place, so we have a big job ahead of us. We are now starting to collect Norway's roughest chain in damage and paintwork, and uncover opportunities for further growth.
