Court Square Capital Partners-backed GoEngineer completed the acquisition of Computer Aided Technology from CIVC Partners.

Court Square Capital Partners-backed GoEngineer, a provider of 3D design and additive manufacturing solutions, completed the acquisition of Computer Aided Technology, a product development solutions provider, from CIVC Partners, a private equity firm.
