Portman Dental Care to merge with Universal Partners-backed Dentex.

Portman Dental Care, a dental care services provider, agreed to merge with Universal Partners-backed Dentex, an operator of a dental partnership group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to approval from the Competition and Markets Authority in the United Kingdom. The expected timing of completion of the transaction is during the first half of 2023.
