Northstar Capital, a provider of junior capital for middle market private equity transactions, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in IronCraft, a designer and manufacturer of agricultural implements. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2014, IronCraft is a leading designer and manufacturer of agricultural implements and attachments for use primarily on tractors, skid steer loaders, and compact track loaders. The Company’s products are sold through the company’s dealer network spanning more than 40 states.
