TransPerfect completed the acquisition of Sterling Technology.

TransPerfect, a language and technology solutions provider for global business, completed the acquisition of Sterling Technology, a European provider of premium virtual data room solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited by the growth opportunities this will provide for our business and employees, and for our ability to expand to serve our global customer base. There will be no change to the premium virtual data room solutions and service excellence provided to our customers and users by Sterling.
