Flywheel Energy to acquire Arkansas shale gas assets from Exxon.

Flywheel Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company, agreed to acquire Arkansas shale gas assets from Exxon, an oil and gas company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The assets under agreement include approximately 5k natural gas wells - 850 operated and approximately 4.1k non-operated - and related pipeline and processing properties across approximately 381k acres.
