Delbrook Capital Advisors to acquire a 10.6% stake in Benchmark Metals.

Delbrook Capital Advisors, an investment fund manager and portfolio manager or investment sub-advisor to certain investment funds, agreed to acquire a 10.6% stake in Benchmark Metals, a gold and silver company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
