Hidden Harbor Capital Partners to acquire Machinery Services and Rapid Pump & Meter Service.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Machinery Services and Rapid Pump & Meter Service, a Northeast facility services provider that focuses on pump, motor and water/wastewater infrastructure.
