ACCSCIENT completed the acquisition of Vyom Group.

ACCSCIENT, a portfolio of globally based companies that provide services, solutions, and talent, completed the acquisition of Vyom Group, a provider of consulting and implementation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Vyom Group and DxShpera to the ACCSCIENT family strengthens our digital business capabilities while also expanding our global reach beyond our established foothold in the Americas.
