AURELIUS completed the acquisition of the offset solutions division of Agfa-Gevaert Group for €92m.

AURELIUS, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the offset solutions division of Agfa-Gevaert Group, a provider of analogue and digital imaging products, software, and systems, for €92m. “The expected sale of the Offset Solutions division is a major step in our ongoing transformation process. It will enable us to increase our focus on our growth businesses, which is crucial to our future success in our markets.
