Kelso & Company completed the acquisition of a stake in WilliamsMarston from Align Capital Partners.

Kelso & Company, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in WilliamsMarston, an accounting advisory and management consulting firm, from Align Capital Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together with WM leadership, we significantly exceeded our investment objectives.
