Blue Point Capital Partners to acquire a majority stake in Water Lilies from AUA Private.

Blue Point Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Water Lilies, a producer of frozen Asian appetizers and entrees intended to deliver quality food products to its customers, from from AUA Private. Financial terms were not disclosed. “When evaluating partners to support Water Lilies in our next phase of growth, Blue Point’s extensive value-add resources, experience in the food and beverage space and sensitivity to maintaining our strong culture made them a clear choice,” Peter Lee, Water Lilies CEO.
