SERWIZ, a Danish facility management company, agreed to acquire ALLIANCE+, a provider of professional cleaning services, from Polaris, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition, the new group employs more than 2.4k employees in Denmark, and SERWIZ will now become a significant player in the Danish facility management market with a turnover approaching DKK1bn.
