Totvs to acquire a 60% stake in Feedz for $13m.

Totvs, a provider of information technology solutions, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Feedz, an operator of a employee engagement platform, for $13m. With the acquisition of Feedz, Totvs expands its solutions focused on HXM, strengthening its portfolio in the Human Resources field and consolidating its position as one of the main technology company to deliver a capable platform able to meet the client’s needs in the management of the entire employee journey in a digital and integrated way.
