Apex Group to acquire Mainspring.

Apex Group, an asset management platform, agreed to acquire Mainspring, a fund services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The strategic acquisition of Mainspring adds depth to our service offering for UK venture capital funds, as well as strengthening our existing custody offering for private assets.
