Serco completed the acquisition of ORS Group from Equistone for £39m.

Serco, a contractor for the provision of government services, completed the acquisition of ORS Group, an immigration services provider, from Equistone, a private equity firm, £39m. “Demand from governments for support services in the area of migration has risen consistently in recent years. Thanks to the new partnership with Serco our customers will benefit from an even stronger global network. At the same time, we will also guarantee the same level of service and professionalism that customers have come to expect.
