L Catterton, a private equity firm, led a $72m Series B funding round in Planted, a producer of plant-based meats intended to reduce consumption of animal-based proteins, protect species and stay healthy, with participation from Vorwerk Ventures, re:food, Movendo, Be8 Ventures, ACE, ETH Foundation, Yann Sommer and Tengelmann Ventures.
