CAREL Industries completed the acquisition of Klingenburg for $12m.

CAREL Industries, a provider of control solutions for air-conditioning, refrigeration and heating, and systems for humidification and evaporative cooling, completed the acquisition of Klingenburg, a manufacturer of energy recovery and humidity control products intended to serve data centers, for $12m. “We are proud to be part of the large Carel family with this acquisition and firmly believe that the Klingenburg Group has reached an important milestone to continue to be a reliable partner for its customers and suppliers.
