Foresight Group completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Lightning Fibre for $52m.

Foresight Group, an infrastructure and private equity investment manager, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Lightning Fibre, an internet service provider, for $52m. “This is a very exciting time for Lightning Fibre and highlights our rapid progress and success so far.
