Choice Financial completed the acquisition of William R. Seide.

Choice Financial, a provider of insurance and personal consultation services, completed the acquisition of William R. Seide, an operator of a mid-sized boutique insurance agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of WRS offers Choice a high-growth specialty agency with strong niche expertise. The transaction will provide WRS with previously unattainable resources, support, and cross-selling opportunities which will foster strong growth for WRS as it integrates into the Choice agency partner network.
