SOCOTEC Group, a testing, inspection and certification firm, completed the acquisition of CAG Group, a research firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. In 2021, we acquired Hanselman and Inpijn, respectively positioned in construction risk prevention and technical claims management for insurers, and in geotechnical services for large infrastructure projects.
