Silver Lake-backed Silae completed the acquisition of DSN+, isiRH and Jenji for $70m.

Silver Lake-backed Silae, a payroll management provider, completed the acquisition of DSN+, an automatic social steering tool at the service of HR and the CSE, isiRH, a complete and modular HRIS software, and Jenji, a developer of an expense report software, for $70m. In less than 2 years, 5 structuring acquisitions have been completed and the new group has established itself as the reference player that offers the most stable and complete solution on the market.
