HICL to acquire a 45.75% stake in Texas Nevada Transmission from Manulife Investment Management and John Hancock.

HICL, an infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed Capital, agreed to acquire a 45.75% stake in Texas Nevada Transmission, an essential energy transmission infrastructure asset, from Manulife Investment Management, a global asset manager, and John Hancock. Financial terms were not disclosed. This investment sees HICL partner with LS Power, a US electricity system developer and operator who has successfully developed more than 13 GW of power generation and over 660 miles of transmission infrastructure.
