Ashtead Technology completed the acquisition of WeSubsea.

Ashtead Technology, an international subsea rental equipment and solutions specialist, completed the acquisition of WeSubsea, a subsea dredging specialist, supplying market-leading dredges and subsea tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am delighted that we have now completed what is the Group's sixth acquisition in the past five years.
