TriNet completed the acquisiion of Clarus R+D Solutions.

TriNet, a provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small and medium-size businesses, completed the acquisition of Clarus R+D Solutions, fintech solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With our acquisition of Clarus R+D, TriNet takes another important step towards powering the success of small and medium-sized businesses.
