Pexco completed the acquisition of Enflo.

Pexco, a specialty plastics extruder, completed the acquisition of Enflo, a manufacturer of polytetrafluoroethylene products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to welcome Enflo to the Pexco family of companies.
